Ok, let me make it clear. I’m not a sweet tooth.
I’ve written about this fact before.
Generally, I’m more your cheese platter kind of girl.
But every now and then, I crave chocolate.
Really good chocolate.
This week has been one of those weeks.
One of those weeks where I’m looking for really good chocolate.
And for me, really good chocolate is French. Are you surprised?
My absolute favourite brand is Valrhona – a French chocolate that calls Tain-l’Hermitage home.
While it can be tricky to find in Australia, it is not completely impossible.
