Charcuterie

Full of smoked meats, creamy pâtés and preserved veggies, sharing a French charcuterie board is one of my favourite ways to start a meal.

And it’s also the way I’m recommending you Frenchify Your Friday this week.

Now, I love the fancy charcuterie boards you get in restaurants, but you can easily whip up a perfectly acceptable charcuterie plate at home. With a wooden board and few key purchases from your local deli, you are all set.

And don’t forget the baguette – it’s a must for a true charcuterie experience!

A charcuterie board is a very easy way to bring a little bit of France into your life this Friday – and I promise your taste buds will thank you for it.
