Well, it’s time to Frenchify Your Friday and in my mind at least, it is time for something that is both French and sweet.
With those two criteria in mind, it is hard for me to go past suggesting you set yourself a mission to find yourself a classic Mont Blanc.
Whether you save it for dessert or devour it at afternoon tea, you are in for a treat.
Sweet chestnut purée, meringue and whipped cream. What’s not to love about this famous French pastry which I must add, has been the signature pastry at Paris’ legendary Angelina tea rooms for over a century?
Yes, yes I know that this week’s recommendation might take a little effort to track down but I promise you it will be worth it.
