It’s March already – I know it is a short month, but I seriously can’t believe how quickly February flew by!
Given it’s the start of new month, it must be time for me to update you on some of the French inspiration I’ve been finding on the internet recently. It’s funny – no matter how busy I am, I always seem to find the time to track down something to bring a little bit of France into my life.
- If you are travelling to Paris during March, Paris Perfect has you covered with their round up of happenings in the French capital. And don’t forget to check out my spring time packing tips here.
- Do you find French restaurant waiters intimidating? I have to say that we’ve always found them quite lovely. As a result, I really enjoyed reading Cristina Nehring’s piece in The Wall Street Journal. And I also appreciated Vicki Archer’s tips as she continued the conversation on French waiters.
- Back in January, I shared my excitement at discovering a French gin made from grapes. So I was interested to learn through the team at the Hip Paris Blog that a new boutique distillery has opened in Paris’ 10th arrondissement. Might have to check it out when we are back in Paris in June.
- Scott and I have been having a great time posting on Instagram lately. If you haven’t already, check out our account here.
I hope everyone has a fabulous March, full of French fun.
Until next time – au revoir.

My pleasure Erica. I love your blog almost as much as I love staying in your apartments. Can’t wait until we are back in a Hip Paris apartment in June!
